摘要
改革开放以来,农民在中国选举政治中做出了许多创造,对于农民在选举政治中实现创造活动的主要原因,要从多方面予以综合考察。城乡二元体制下的生存环境是农民寻求变革和政治创造的现实基础;具有试错特征的渐进式改革为农民在选举政治中的创造和探索,提供了较为宽松的政治环境;中国农民在长期历史发展中所形成的反抗和无畏精神,是农民在选举政治中探索和创造的重要主观条件;农民的务实灵活和可塑性,是农民在选举政治中探索和创造活动能够实现的重要保障;改革开放以来日益开放和流动的社会环境,为农民在选举政治中的探索和创造提供了获取知识和信息的重要途径。实践表明,农民也是推动中国民主政治建设的基本力量。
Farmers in China has made great political improvement in the election development.The dual system of living environment are realistic foundation for farmers' political reform;characteristics of permitting for error in elections for farmers provides a relatively loose and political environment;fearless spirit of Chinese farmers in the long history create a subjective conditionin the election in politics ;the fact that farmers are flexible guarantee the create activities ;social environment after the reform and opening up provide the important information ways.Practice shows that the construction of Chinese farmers is the basic force for democracy.
