摘要
[目的]探讨冬春季节三角梅种苗智能化快繁的光照要求。[方法]在三角梅种苗智能化快繁系统调控下,设置全光照、遮光1层、遮光2层的3个遮光处理,探讨遮光对三角梅插穗生根、光合作用的影响。[结果]随着遮光程度的增加,三角梅插穗叶片净光合速率明显下降,插穗成活率、生根数、根系生长量明显降低。[结论]冬春季节三角梅种苗智能化快繁以全光照为宜。
[Objective]The light requirement in rapid propagation of Bougainvillea spectabilis cuttings was researched under the condition of intelligent monitor and control in winter and spring.[Method]Rooting and photosynthesis of leaves were studied to investigate the effect of different shading treatments(full light,shading one layer and shading two layers)on Bougainvillea spectabilis cuttings under intelligent monitor and control in winter and spring.[Result]The net photosynthesis rate of Bougainvillea spectabilis cuttings leaves decreased significantly with the increase of sun-shading,while the survival rate,the rooting number and the mass growth of roots of cutting decreased obviously.[Conclusion]The most suitable light management for rapid propagation of Bougainvillea spectabilis was full light under intelligent monitor and control in winter and spring.
