摘要
岩滩水电站和李家峡水电站在机组运行半年至两年的时间内, 几台机组的水轮机相继出现了转轮叶片与上冠间焊缝和叶片与下环间焊缝的开裂。造成或引发转轮裂纹的原因很多, 但主要是制造和运行方面的原因, 如铸造及焊接质量、焊后热处理未能消除较大的内应力、运行时机组的振动等。笔者提出了根据各电站不同情况避开不利水头、避开机组振动区运行、增大尾水补气强度等措施, 并介绍了这两个电站转轮裂纹的处理办法, 可供有关人员参考。
H9000 system is a computer supervisory system for hydropower station, which is developed by the Automation Department, China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research. It has been applied successfully in about 40 hydropower stations at home and has been extended and applied in new fields such as the dispatching automation system of small power network. It also has been exported to foreign countries. This system absorbed the advantages of the products of many foreign companies in the design and closely combined with the actual conditions of our country and our many year practice experiences, so it has good real time, reliability and practicality. Its overall design is close to the international advanced level. Through the further perfect, standardization, universality, and complete compatibility with UNIX and Windows NT operation systems, it will become new distribution and open system. Through the successful application in Baishan Hydro Station, a large scale cascade hydro station, it not only demonstrates the advantages of the system in structural, functional and reliable aspects, but also proves that the technical levels of large scale hydro station supervisory and long distance and high speed communication network in our country have reached a new level.
