摘要
针对目前我国混凝土配料控制系统在信号传输方式及其实现技术上的不足,采用现代微控制器与GPRS技术研制了一种新型混凝土配料无线控制系统;该系统利用GPRS技术实现混凝土配料过程中现场测控单元与监控中心之间的信号传输功能,有效地克服了以往系统采用信号有线传输方式而存在的诸多缺陷,如铺设信号电缆多、信号易衰减、系统不易扩展等;实际应用结果表明,该系统运行可靠、监控精确、操作简单且运行费用低,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。
A new type concrete batching wireless control system is designed by using modern micro-controller and GPRS to achieve signal transmission in the On-site measurement and control units and a monitoring center.The system can effectively overcome the many shortcomings due to the use of traditional wired transmission.The preliminary results show that the system owns such advantages as high reliability,high accuracy,being used easily,low operation cost and so on.The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
