摘要
研究采用新型捕收剂BK410浮选某石英—方解石型萤石矿。试验结果表明,采用水玻璃作抑制剂、BK410作捕收剂,采用一次粗选、两次扫选、粗精矿一段再磨、七次精选工艺流程,可获得萤石精矿含CaF2 97.88%、回收率83.45%、含SiO2 0.72%、CaCO3 0.71%的浮选指标。
The flotation process of certain quartz-calcite-type fluorite ore with a new collector,BK410 is investigated.The results show that satisfied flotation indexes are achieved by the technology of one stage roughing,two stages scavenging,one-stage regrinding of rougher concentrate,seven stages cleaning,using sodium silicate as depressant and BK410 as collector.The grade and recovery of CaF2 in fluorite concentrate are 97.88% and 83.45%,containing SiO2 0.72%,CaCO3 0.71%.
