摘要
本文主要探讨应用ROSA法同时快速检测新鲜牛奶中的四环素类和β-内酰胺类药物残留。评价ROSA法的灵敏度和特异性,同时验证ROSA法的检测稳定性,该法10min可出检测结果。
The detection of β-lactams and tetracyclines residues in milk by ROSA method was studied.The sensitivity and specificity of this ROSA method were discussed.The stability of detection was validated.The whole detection process could be finished within 10 min.
