摘要
关键链技术是工程进度管理的一大理论创新。文章讨论了项目进度延迟的机理,提出了关键链实施的步骤,进而分析了关键链中缓冲区的设置规则。关键链技术对项目成员的学生综合症和完工延报假定有很大改善,并在动态缓冲管理的监控下,当工程进度出现一定程度的延误时,缓冲管理会启动预警系统,促使项目管理人员及时采取补救措施,解决资源冲突,确保项目如期完工,对改善项目执行环境有很好的作用。
Critical chain method is a major theoretical innovation to the progress management of the construction project.This paper is intended to discuss the mechanism of the project progress delay,put forward the procedures to adopt critical chain method and then analyze how to set up rules and the application of the border in the buffer zone.The student syndrome and the assumption of parkinso’law for members of the project are greatly improved by critical chain method.And when the progress is somehow delayed,under the supervision of the dynamic buffer management project,the buffer management will launch the warning systems,thus urging the project management staff to take remedial measures promptly.So it can solve the conflict of resources to ensure the project can be completed on schedule,and greatly improve the implementation environment of project.
