摘要
目的:建立益肝灵滴丸中水飞蓟素的溶出度测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为288nm,溶出介质为600mL人工胃液,转速为100r·min-1。结果:水飞蓟宾检测浓度在4.4～22μg·mL-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为100.40%,RSD=2.49%(n=9)。3批样品45min时的溶出度均>85%。结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于益肝宁滴丸的溶出度测定。
OBJECTIVE：To establish determination method for the dissolution of Yiganling dripping pills.METHODS：The dissolution of Yiganling dripping pills was determined by UV spectrophotometry using 600 mL simulated gastric fluid as solvent and rotation speed of 100 r·min -1 at detection wavelength of 288 nm.RESULTS：The linear range of silybin was 4.4～22μg·mL -1（r=0.999 8）.with an average recovery of 100.40%（RSD=2.49%,n=9）.The dissolution of 3 batches of samples were all more than 85% in 45 min.CONCLUSION：The method is simple,accurate and reliable for the dissolution determination of Yiganling dripping pills.
