摘要
在数控加工中,经常需要对二维曲线轮廓进行编程,以椭圆粗微分法数控加工为例,阐述将椭圆参数方程中离心角作为变量编制宏程序的步骤,并在误差分析的基础上指出离心角增量的确定方法。通过粗微分法编程可以控制加工精度,提高编程效率,且能够保证加工的合理性和可靠性。
The two-dimensional curve contours programming is often needed in NC machining.Taking the rough differential method of ellipse NC machining for example,elaborated the steps of macro programming with the elliptic parameters of the equation as a variable angle centrifuge,and pointed out the method of centrifugal angle increment determination based on the error analysis.Programmed through the differential method can control the machining accuracy,improve the programming efficiency,and guarantee the rationality and reliability of processing.
