摘要
目的通过对铅、镉、铝的含量监测,了解北京市朝阳区铅、镉、铝在7类食品中的污染情况,为开展风险评估,为政府提供制定控制措施的依据,以保护人们身体健康。方法从30家农贸市场和超市采样189件,对5类共74件食品样品进行铅含量的检测,对4类共55件食品样品进行镉含量的检测,对3类共60件食品样品进行铝含量的检测。结果 74件食品样品中铅的含量未出现超标现象,55件食品样品镉的含量未出现超标现象,60件食品样品中,海蜇中铝含量的超标率为100%,小麦粉制品类铝的含量超标率为8%,油炸米面铝含量超标率为76%。结论辖区经销的食品中铝确有超标情况存在,其中海蜇中铝含量的超标率较高,其次是油炸米面类制品,对人体健康存在威胁。要进一步加强食品安全监管力度,尤其是海蜇生产加工销售环节和油条摊位点等的监督管理。
[Objective]To understand the pollution situations of plumbum,cadmium and aluminum in 7 Kinds of Food in Chaoyang District of Beijing City through the surveillance of their contents,and provide evidence for risk assessment and government to develop control measures so as to protect people’s health.[Methods]A total of 189 food samples were collected from 30 farmers markets and supermarkets. Plumbum （ Pb） test was performed on 74 samples of 5 kinds; cadmium （ Cd） test was on 55 samples of 4 kinds; and aluminum （ Al） test on 60 samples of 3 kinds.[Results]Pb over standard was not detected in 74 samples. Cd over standard was not detected in 55 samples. Of 60 samples,the over standard rate of jellyfish,wheat flour products and fried rice and wheat was 100% , 8% and 76% ,respectively. [Conclusion]Al over standard is detected in the food distribution of this area. The over standard rate of Al in high in jellyfish,followed by fried rice and wheat. That situation threats people＇s health. Supervision of food safety should be further strengthened,especially for the producing ,processing and marketing of jellyfish and twisted cruller stalls.
