工作场所空气中二甲基甲酰胺和二甲基乙酰胺气相色谱同时测定法 被引量:7

Simultaneous Determination of Dimethylformamide and Dimethylacetamide in The Air of the Workplace by Gas Chromatiography

摘要 目的建立工作场所空气中二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)的溶液采集—气相色谱测定方法。方法采用多孔玻板吸收管采集,经HP-INNOWAX毛细管色谱柱分离的气相色谱测定方法。结果该方法DMF和DMA的分离效果好;线性范围分别为1.1~132.3和0.8~132.0mg/L,线性方程分别为:Y=0.4927X+0.22(r=0.9994)和Y=0.6552X+0.36(r=0.9992);检出限分别为1.1和0.8;方法的重现性好,相对标准偏差分别为1.3%~1.7%和1.4%~1.7%;平均加标回收率分别为98.0%~98.9%和98.8%~100.4%。结论该方法检出限低,精密度和准确度高,可完全适用于工作场所空气中DMF和DMA的测定。 [Objective]To establish solution collection-gas chromatiographic method for determination of dimethylformamide ( DMF) and dimethylacetamide ( DMA) in the air of the workplace.[Methods]Capillary gas chromatography was applied to collect samples with porous glass plate absorber tubes and separate with HP-INNOWAX capillary columns.[Results]It was proved that DMF and DMA were separated effectively; the linearity ranges were 1. 1-132. 3mg/L and 0. 8 ~ 132. 0mg/L respectively. The linear equation were Y = 0. 4927 X + 0. 22( r = 0. 9994) and Y = 0. 6552X + 0. 36( r = 0. 9992) respectively The limits of detection were 1. 1 mg/L and 0. 8 mg/L. The determination has a good reproducibility. Their relative standard deviations ( RSD) were 1. 3% ~ 1. 7% and 1. 4% ~ 1. 7% . The average recovery were 98. 0% ~ 98. 9% and 98. 8% ~ 100. 4% ,respectively.[Conclusion]The method shows lower detection limit,high accuracy and precision It is feasible for determination of DMF and DMA in workplace air.
