摘要
目的：探讨内镜下微波治疗疣状胃炎的临床疗效.方法：选择99例疣状胃炎患者随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组给予内镜下微波治疗,对照组给予常规药物治疗,对比两组间疗效、HP阳性消除率、并发症发生率之间的差异.结果：实验组采用内镜下微波治疗疣状胃炎治愈率为86.7%,总体有效率为97.8%,对照组治愈率为43.2%,总体有效率为77.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（p〈0.05）.实验组HP阳性消除率为85.7%,对照组HP阳性消除率为48.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（p〈0.05）.实验组术后出现12例（26.7%）腹部隐痛,对照组出现33例（75.0%）腹部隐痛,两组比较差异有统计学意义（p〈0.05）.结论：内镜下微波治疗疣状胃炎临床效果较好,可以在临床上推广应用.
Objective; In discussion under mirror microwave treatment verrucose gastritis clinical curative effect. Methods： In chooses 99 example verrueose gastritis patient to divide into the experimental group and the control group stochastically, the experimental group gives under the mirror the microwave treatment, the control group gives the conventional medicine treatment, contrasts between two groups of between curative effects, the HP masculine elimination factor, the complication formation rate differences. Results;In the experimental group uses under the mirror the microwave treatment verrucose gastritis cure rate is 86.7 %, overall effectiveness is 97.8 %, the control group cure rate is 43.2 %, overall effectiveness is 77.3 %, two group of comparison differences has statistics significance （p〈0.05）. The experimental group HP masculine elimination factor is 85. 7%0, the control group HP masculine elimination factor is 48.8% ,two group of comparison differences has statistics significance （p〈0. 05）. .After the experimental group technique appears 12 example （26.7%） abdomen one＇s secret worries, the control group appears 33 example （75.0%） abdomen one＇s secret worries,two group of comparison differences have statistics significance （p〈0.05）, Conclusion.In under the mirror the microwave treatment verrucose gastritis clinical effect is good, may in on clinical promote the application.
