摘要
本文从评价指标和评价方法两个方面对国内外科技创新型企业评价的相关研究进行综述。梳理现有研究发现评价指标主要基于六个逻辑视角构建:创新要素、创新过程、企业发展状态、动态系统、特定企业类型和素质—绩效协调评价。笔者在梳理的基础上分析和评述现有评价指标体系存在的诸多缺陷并提出新的评价体系构建方式。同样,科技创新型企业评价方法相关研究成果丰硕,各类评价方法都在该领域得到应用。从企业创新评价方法的发展来看,学者越来越多地采用两种或多种方法的集合进行评价,方法动态化可以作为评价方法的未来研究方向。
Evaluation indexes and methods for technological innovation-oriented enterprises are presented in this literature review. Current evaluation researches are generally located in six perspectives, namely, innovation elements, innovation process, enterprise development condition, dynamic system, specific enterprise type and quality- performance coordinate evaluation. Several defects in existing evaluation systems are identified and a new approach to form an evaluation system is proposed. Likewise, researches in methods for evaluating technological innovation-oriented enterprises are plentiful. In the perspective of development, researchers have begun to adopt combinations of two or more methods. Making the evaluation method dynamic can be a possible future research direction.
