摘要
蓝田瑶族习惯法与其他地域瑶族习惯法之间既有一脉相承的一面,也表现出特有的地域性。就其历史渊源来说,主要包括瑶族原初习惯法、蓝田瑶族内生习惯法和多民族融合习惯法三个部分。其主要内容涉及生产劳动、婚姻家庭、丧葬、宗教信仰及纠纷裁判诸多方面。
Customary law of Yao ethnic group in Lantian Town comes down in one continuous line with other Yao ethnic groups in other regions,and has its own unique regional features.As for its historical origins,they include three parts,i.e.,original customary law of Yao ethnic group,endogenous customary law of Yao ethnic group in Lantian Town and customary law of multi-ethnic integration.The main content involves production and labor,marriage and family,funeral,religious beliefs,disputes and judgments etc.
