慢性不完全性睡眠剥夺对脑内胶质细胞源性神经营养因子蛋白表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨慢性不完全性睡眠剥夺对幼鼠脑内胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(GDNF)蛋白表达的影响及其可能机制。方法:建立慢性不完全性睡眠剥夺动物模型,应用免疫组织化学SP法检测54只睡眠剥夺幼鼠和15只正常对照幼鼠脑内GDNF蛋白的表达水平。结果:睡眠剥夺组幼鼠脑内GDNF蛋白表达的阳性率为83.33%,高于正常对照组的46.67%,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。GDNF蛋白在睡眠剥夺幼鼠的中脑表达水平明显高于大脑皮质和海马(P<0.01)。结论:GDNF蛋白在不完全性睡眠剥夺幼鼠脑内表达水平明显升高,提示它可能与睡眠调节机制有关。
