摘要
针对中平能化集团主要运输线路运能、路矿协调、水陆联运保障能力、矿区内部运输效率等方面存在的问题,提出了调整运输布局、提升运输能力,发展路矿战略合作,控股煤炭中转港,加大矿区运输投入的对策。
The paper proposes some countermeasures to deal with issues such as the capacity of main transportation corridor of Zhong Ping Energy Chemical Group,the coordination of transportation and coal mining,the guarantee ability of water-land transportation and the transport efficiency inside mining areas.The countermeasures includes to adjust the distribution of transportation system,improve the transportation capacity,implement corporation strategy of transportation and coal mining,holding coal transit port,and increase the investment on transportation in mining areas.
