摘要
目的总结和探讨老年患者胰十二指肠切除术的围手术期护理方法。方法将2009年1月～2010年1月施行的胰十二指肠切除术20例(A组)与1998年～2000年进行该手术20例(B组)的临床资料进行比较。结果 A组治愈16例,并发症4例,无死亡病例,平均住院时间(18.1±1.4)d;B组治愈10例,并发症发生10例,死亡3例,平均住院时间(25.1±3.74)d。两组相比存在显著性差异,P<0.05。结论通过加强围手术期的护理,做好每一个护理环节,有效的减少了术后并发症的发生,加快了病人的康复。
Objective The goal summary and the discussion old age patient pancreas duodenum excision method encircles the surgery time nursing method. Methods the pancreas duodenum excision method 20 examples which in January, 2009 - January, 2010 executes my courtyard （A group） carried on with 1998 - 2000 this surgery 20 （B group） the clinical material carries on the comparison. Results A group cures 16 examples, the complication 4 examples, non-death case, average in hospital time （18.1±1.4）d; B group cures 10 examples, the complication has 10 examples, dies 3 examples, the average in hospital time （25.1±3.74）d. Two groups compare the existence signif icance difference（P0.05）.Conclusion through strengthens encircles the surgery time nursing, completes each nursing link, after effective reduced technique, the complication occurrence, sped up patient＇s recovery.
