Construction Technology for Large-spanned Overlapped Tunnel by Mining Method: Case Study on a Tunnel on Chongqing Rail Transit Line

摘要 通过对重庆轨道交通六号线光电园车站、大跨区间、重叠段隧道的施工组织及施工方法进行总结,在只能利用2个斜井作为施工通道的情况下,通过合理组织及信息化施工,安全、优质、高效地按节点要求完成了施工任务,为TBM及时过站提供了条件。大跨车站及区间隧道采用双侧壁导坑法施工,针对不同工况进行安全性分析及施工参数的安全性评价,并在施工中得以证明。提出重叠段隧道"先上、后下、再上"的新颖、先进的施工方法,采用控制爆破技术,既加快了施工进度,又确保了重叠隧道相互间施工影响降至最低。 The construction organization and construction method of Guangdianyuan station and the neighbored large-spanned tunnel and overlapped tunnels on No.6 line of Chongqing Rail Transit System are presented in this paper.The construction of the subject works,which can only be accessed from two inclined shafts,is completed with high safety,high quality and high efficiency due to the rational construction organization and information-based construction,which provides necessary conditions for the transfer of TBM.Double side drift method is used for the construction of the large-spanned station and tunnels.Safety analysis is made on different construction conditions and safety evaluation is made on the construction parameters,which are further verified in the construction.A new sophisticated construction sequence is proposed for the overlapped tunnels.Controlled blasting technology is applied for the overlapped tunnels,which not only accelerates the construction speed,but also minimizes the influence among the overlapped tunnels.
