摘要
为了不断提高老油田的采收率和开发水平,中国石油提出了实施老油田二次开发工程。根据对老油田二次开发特征和价值的理解,介绍了老油田二次开发经济效益评价体系和方法的主要内容,并就如何做好老油田二次开发经济效益评价工作提出了建议。
The secondary development of mature oilfields was proposed in PetroChina in order to improve the development of mature oilfields and increase the oil recovery continuously.Based on the characteristics of the secondary development of mature oilfields and the understanding of the value for this,the main contents of the economic benefits evaluation system were introduced.Suggestions on the economic benefits evaluation of the secondary development of mature oilfields were also put forward.
