摘要
采用直接酯化法,以对苯二甲酸(PTA)、己二酸(AA)和1,4-丁二醇(BG)为原料合成了聚(对苯二甲酸丁二醇-co-己二酸丁二醇)可生物降解共聚酯(PBAT)。实验结果表明,钛酸四丁酯一催化剂A(醋酸锑)复合催化剂的活性高于钛酸四丁酯催化剂;在n(PTA+AA)1n(BG)=1.40:1、酯化温度180~190℃,缩聚温度270~275℃的条件下,可通过直接酯化法合成PBAT,且副反应少;所合成的PBAT具有较好的力学性能,且维卡软化点和熔体流动指数较高,有利于后加工;^1H NMR表征结果显示,PBAT中的n(PTA):n(AA)与投料比中的n(PTA):n(AA)接近;通过堆肥实验证实了所合成的PBAT是一种降解性能良好的共聚酯。
Aliphatic-aromatic copolyester - poly ( butylene adipate-co-butylene terephthalate ) (PBAT) was synthesized by direct esterification-polycondensation from terephthalic acid (PTA), adipic acid (AA) and 1,4-butanediol (BG). The results showed that the activity of the selected tetrabutyl titanate-stibium acetate catalyst system was good in the synthesis. The PBAT copolyester could be synthesized with few side-reactions under the conditions of n(PTA + AA) : n(BG) 1.40 : 1, esterification temperature 180- 190 ℃ and polycondensation temperature 270-275 ℃. The PBAT copolyester not only possessed good mechanical properties, but also kept high Vicat softening point and melt index. The 1H NMR result showed that the n (PTA) : n (AA) in the PBAT copolyester was almost consistent with the ratio in the feed. The PBAT copolyester exhibited good biodegradability under the composting experiments.
