摘要
报道了一种采自青岛沿岸养殖水体的自由生纤毛虫——束状全列虫。文中对其形态学作了重新描述,利用蛋白银技术研究了其纤毛图式,并与其它相近种作了比较。
The living morphology and infraciliature of marine hypotrichous ciliates, Holosticha diademata (Rees, 1883) Kahl,1932 collected from the molluscs cultural water off Qingdao, China was observed and reinvestigated with the protargol silver impregnation method. Based on our studies, the 'well known' species shoud be redefined as follows:small to medium sized marine Holosticha with spindal like body shape and conspicuous, disc shaped cortical granules on dorsal side; adoral zone of membranelles divided into two segments; four or four and half dorsal kineties; about 25 membranelles, 15 midventral and 9 transverse cirri. It differs from the other morphologically similar species, e.g. H.kessleri, H.retrovacuolata, H.pullaster in the presence of cortical granules and the combination of its cortical structure, habitat and the body size. Since we have not observed its contractile vacuole, we can not firmly come to the conclusion that the Antarctic population of ' H. pullaster' described by Petz, Song & Wilbert (1995) concerns definitely a misidentification. But we intend to believe that the latter is possibly a population of H.diademata.
