摘要 研究生团队的创新绩效与团队内知识共享,尤其是隐性知识共享高度相关。在定性研究的基础上,提出了影响研究生团队知识共享的一组变量,给出了团队成员的效用函数,并利用效用函数建立了动态重复博弈模型,提出了不同等级的团队成员在知识共享中的决策方案,同时为团队领导者促进团队成员的知识共享提出对策。 The innovation performance of postgraduate team is highly correlated with the knowledge sharing especially the tacit knowledge sharing within the team. Based on the qualitative research,this paper puts forward a group of variables influencing the knowledge sharing of the postgraduate team,presents the utility function of postgraduate team's numbers,and by using the utility function,establishes a dynamic repeated game model,and proposes the decision scheme for team numbers at different levels in knowledge sharing,and also gives some countermeasures for team leaders to promote the knowledge sharing among team numbers.
