摘要
目的：探讨精神疾病患者合并四肢骨折的围手术期处理及相关问题。方法：收治56例精神疾病合并四肢骨折患者,其中进行内固定术49例,外固定术7例;同时积极进行精神疾病的治疗。结果：随访12-23个月,53例愈合,愈合时间2.8-12个月,其中3例延迟愈合;3例骨不连。以Johner-Wruhs方法评价功能,本组病例优44例、良6例、中4例、差2例,以优良为满意标准,本组病例总体满意率89.29%。结论：加强精神疾病合并四肢骨折的患者围手术期处理,可有效防治术后并发症,提高治愈率和功能恢复。
Objective：To investigate the management of the perioperative period of limb fracture in patients with mental illness. Methods：The 56 patients were treated how were combined mental illness with limb fractures, in which 49 cases were treated for internal fixation, external fixation for 7 cases ; while active treatment of mental illness. Results： After 12 to 23 months, 53 cases of healing, the healing time of 2. 8 to 12 months, 3 eases of delayed union; 3cases of nonunion. Johner - Wruhs way to the evaluation function, this group of patients, 44 cases, good in 6 cases, fair in 4 and poor in 2 eases, with good to satisfactory standards, this group of patients the overall satisfaction rate of 89. 29%. Conclusions ： Proper perioperative care of limb fractures with mental diseases can prevent postoperative complications and improve curative rate and function restored.
