摘要
目的:观察参附注射液配合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法:将60例患者随机平均分为治疗组与对照组。两组均采用NP方案化疗,治疗组化疗前2d加用参附注射液治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为40.0%、30.0%(P>0.05);中医临床证候变化比较,治疗组与对照组提高稳定率分别为80.0%、63.6%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群比较,两组治疗后比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组化疗后T淋巴细胞亚群基本无变化。不良反应变化,治疗组血白细胞、血小板下降程度及恶心呕吐反应较对照组轻,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液配合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌可改善临床证候,保护骨髓功能,提高免疫功能,改善生活质量,延长生存周期。
Objective ： To observe the effect of shenfu injection chemotherapy on advanced non - small cell lung cancer immune function. Methods ： 60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 30 cases of each. Both groups using NP scheme, the treatment group chemotherapy prior 2 d with shenfu injection treatments. Results： the total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 40.0%, 30.0% respectively （ P 〉 0.05 ）, TCM clinical syndrome changes, the treatment group and control group rate improve 80.0%, 63.6 % respectively （ P 〈 0.05）. Two groups of patients after T lymphocyte subsets, two groups after treatment there was difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） before and after the treatment group, there is a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）, After chemotherapy treatment group T lymphocyte subsets basic change. Adverse changes, the treatment group white blood platelets, and nausea and vomi- ting decline （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： shenfu injection with chemotherapy injection in treating advanced non -small -cell lung cancer may improve the clinical syndrome, bone marrow protection function, improve the immune function, improve the quality of life, prolonging the survival period.
