摘要
用户平均停电次数是反映供电系统对用户停电频率的指标。在对用户平均停电次数指标管理范畴基本理论阐述的基础上,以北京市电力公司近几年用户停电数据为例,深入分析了用户平均停电次数指标及其影响因素,提出了提升用户平均停电次数指标的基本思路和措施。
The average interruption times of customer is an index to reflect the interruption frequency of customer in power supply system. Based on the basic theory of the average interruption times index of customer, taking the outage data in the recent years of Beijing Power Supply Company as examples, the average interruption times index of customer and its affecting factors are analyzed profoundly. The basic guideline and measures to improve the average outage times are submitted.
