摘要
目的研究六味地黄生物制剂对果蝇的寿命和繁殖力的影响。方法经口饲喂果蝇不同浓度的六味地黄生物制剂(浓度为0.1%,0.3%,0.9%),并以普通培养基为空白对照组,观察其对果蝇的寿命、繁殖力的影响。结果各浓度的含药组能不同程度地延长雌雄果蝇平均寿命,最高寿命和半数死亡期,增加果蝇子一代和子二代成虫数。结论六味地黄生物制剂具有良好的延缓果蝇衰老,提高果蝇生命活力的作用。
Objective To study the effect of LW-PSB on life-span and productivity in Drosophila melanogaster. Methods Different concentrations （ 0. 1% ,0. 3% ,0. 9% ） of LW-PSB were orally administered into Drosophila melanogaster. Normal nutrient medium was served as control group. In this paper,life span and productivity were assessed. Results LW-PSB of 0. 1% , 0. 3% ,0. 9% concentrations could prolong average life,maximum life span and half death time of female and male Drosophila melanogaster and enhance productivity. Conclusion It is concluded that LW-PSB has satisfactory effect in delaying aging of Drosophila melanogaster.
