摘要
发展海洋工程装备业具有重要的战略意义,发展海洋工程装备业需要制定相应的发展战略。以SWOT分析为依据,以发挥优势、克服劣势、利用机会、回避威胁为原则,提出发展我国海洋工程装备业的增长型战略(SO)、多元经营战略(ST)、扭转型战略(WO)和防御型战略(WT),以扭转型战略(WO)为重点其他战略为辅助是发展我国海洋工程装备业的优选组合战略,把制定发展规划、加快产品研发、加强技术储备作为重中之重。
Development of maritime engineering equipment industry has an important strategic significance.Adjustment and Revitalization Plan of Shipbuilding Industry in 2009 points out： we should develop maritime engineering equipment to foster new growth areas in the economy.Through a comprehensive analysis of its inherent strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats,this article SWOT-analyses China＇s maritime engineering equipment industry and proposes the principles of displaying the superiority,overcoming the disadvantage,seeking opportunities and avoiding threats.Finally,this paper suggests that we skould develop maritime engineering equipment industry in four aspects,including formulation of detailed plan and RD.
