摘要
研究了不同基质、穴盘规格和光照强度对蓝莓组织培养苗木质量的调控效果。结果表明,松林腐殖土∶珍珠岩=3∶2的基质较适合蓝莓组织培养苗生长;苗木质量与容器大小呈正比;肥料配比与苗木质量关系密切;组织培养苗移栽宜在弱光下进行;全年适宜移栽期240d左右。
The regulation effects of different substrates,cell sizes of plug tray and intensities of illumination on the quality of tissue-cultured seedlings of blueberry were researched.The results indicated that the substrate containing pinery humus soil and perlite with proportion of 3∶2 was more suitable for the growth of tissue-cultured seedlings of blueberry;the seedling quality was directly proportioned to container size;the match of fertilizers was closely related to seedling quality;the tissue-cultured seedlings were suitable to transplant under subdue light;the suitable transplant period in whole year was about 240 d.
