摘要
广东奥林匹克游泳跳水馆具有工期紧、信息沟通复杂、结构尺寸及标高控制要求精度高、混凝土结构主体抗裂抗渗要求高、大跨度钢结构吊装难度大、安全技术要求高、X形金属屋面及帷幕安装难度大、建筑节能及四新技术多等工程难点及特点,通过项目管理及技术创新及精心组织施工,克服了工程技术上难点,取得了较好的经济和社会效益,项目还获得省双优工地称号。
There are many characteristics and difficulties in construction of Guangdong Olympic Aquatics Centre, such as tight construction period, complex information communication, high accuracy requirements for structural dimension and elevation control, strict requirements for crack and penetration resistances of main concrete structure, difficult hoisting of wide-span steel structure, sophisticated safety techniques, difficulty in installation of X-type metallic roofing and curtain and multiple building energy saving and new techniques, etc. Engineering technical difficulties are successfully overcome through project management and technical innovation, and favorable economic and social benefits are realized. The project also wins the title of provincial doubleexcellence site.
