摘要
"天生全球化"企业在创业之初就成功开展跨国经营,并实现了快速成长,这是传统国际商务理论所不能解释的.从多个理论视角探讨"天生全球化"企业的创业机理与成长模式,并以青岛金王、尚德电力和展讯通信的全球创业与成长案例对相关命题进行初步检验.结论如下:海外市场机会认知与开发是"天生全球化"企业创立与成长的起点与契机,全球资源整合是"天生全球化"企业的成长模式,海外市场知识与组织学习是"天生全球化"企业进入国际市场后创造和维持可持续竞争优势、实现能力提升和持续成长的基础.
"Born-global" enterprises may frequently be leapfrogging some predicted stages and successfully enter several foreign markets soon after their birth, which can not be explained by the traditional internationalization theory. Here, it explores the start-up mechanism and growth mode of born global from multi theoretical perspectives, and conducts primary test of the propositions through multi-case study on Kingking, Suntech Power and Spreadtrum. Several conclusions are drawn. Recognition and exploitation of oversea opportunities is the starting point of the start-up and growth of born global. Global resources integration is its growth mode. Foreign market knowledge and organizational learning is the foundation of competitive advantage when they enter international markets.
