摘要
目的:优选银杏叶中有效成分的提取工艺条件。方法:用HPLC法测定有效成分含量,采用正交试验法,以干浸膏收率、总黄酮醇苷及萜类内酯含量为考察指标。结果:银杏叶的最佳提取条件为:提取温度70℃,70%乙醇提取2次,每次2.0h,第1次加12倍量乙醇,第2次加8倍量乙醇。结论:含量测定方法准确,提取工艺稳定可行。
Objective:To study the optimal extraction conditions of active ingredients in ginkgo leaf.Methods:The content of active ingredients were determined by HPLC,Orthogonal experimental design was adopted.The indexes were the yield of alcohol extract and the content of total flavonoids and bilobalides in the extract.Results:The best extraction conditions : 70℃,and extracted 2 times by 70% ethanol,The time for each extraction was 2.0 hours.The first time used 12 times alcohol,while the second used 8 times alcohol.Conclasion:The extraction procedure is stable and feasible.
