摘要
工业企业的机电设备的更新改造直接影响企业实际进步、产品开发和开拓市场的后劲。企业面对激烈的市场竞争，越来越迫切地需要提高技术装备的素质，采用新技术、新工艺、新设备加速企业设备的更新改造。除此之外，还要在企业内部营造良好的创新氛围，鼓励员工和积极投身于各种创新活动，投身于设备更新改造。
The renovation and renewal of electromechanical equipments of industrial enterprise directly affects its enterprise development, product development and market development. Facing with the competitive market, it becomes more and more urgent for enterprises to improve technology and equipment quality and quicken the the renovation and renewal of equipments by new technique, equipment, and technology.
