摘要
以实验室筛选烟曲霉菌为出发菌株,采用紫外诱变的方法,选育出壳聚糖酶高产菌株4株CX01-7、CX01-8、CX01-18、CX01-22,酶活力分别为0.9557U/mL、0.8624U/mL、0.8628U/mL、0.8901U/mL,较出发菌株提高50.25%、36.30%、35.65%和39.95%。经连续传5代,菌株产酶活力稳定。
A chitosanase-producing strain was isolated in the lab and preliminarily identified as Aspergillus fumigatus, was used to increasing the Four strains, which were CX01-7, CX01-8, CX01-18 and CX01-22, with high chitosanase activity were obtained by UV-mutation. The results showed that chitosanase activities were 0.9557U/ml, 0.8624U/ml, 0.8628U/ml and 0.8901U/ml, respectively for CX01-7, CX01-8, CX01-18 and CX01-22, which were improved by 50.25%, 36.30%, 35.65% and 39.95% to starting strain. After five times serial passage, the performance of chitosanase-producing was stable.
