摘要 内源性地高辛样物质(EDLS)是体内产生和分泌的一种具有洋地黄样生物活性的物质,具有强心、利尿、缩血管的作用,参与诸多疾病的发生发展,近来研究发现还有调节细胞生长、分化,抗癌,抗炎等作用。目前检测内源性地高辛样物质的方法很多,因方法学的差异,在灵敏度、特异性等方面各有长短。现多采用免疫测定法,将两种或两种以上方法优势互补、有机结合、综合利用,将是今后主要的发展趋势。 Endogenous digoxin-like substances(EDLS),which has very strong diuresis action and cardiac action,is secreted by human,it has biological activity like digoxin,more recent work implicates EDLS in the regulation of cell growth,differentiation,anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory and so on.Currently,EDLS can be detected in many ways,they are different in sensitivity,specificity because of methodological differences.Immunoassay is now widely used,put two or more methods together in order to complement each other's advantages will be the main development tendency.
