摘要
目的:观察射箭运动员安静时血液氨基酸的水平。方法:用高效液相法测定射箭运动员早晨安静血液中四种氨基酸即天门冬氨酸(Asp)、谷氨酸(Glu)、甘氨酸(Gly)和r-氨基丁酸(GABA)的含量。结果:四种氨基酸均在正常值范围内,最低检测限为0.01;平均回收率大于89%。日内RSD小于6%,日间RSD小于9%。结论:射箭运动员在安静状态时的血液氨基酸水平与正常人相当,在正常范围内。
Objective: Use the high performance liquid phase method to observe the chang of amino acid in the blood of the archery athlete on the quiet period.Methods: The content of Asp Glu Gly and GABA in the blood of archery athlete were determined when the quiet period.Results:Four kinds amino acid are in the regular value range inner without exception.The measurable lowest limit was 0.01 umol/L.The average recovery of ribavirin at the concentrations were than 89 %.The average RSD of within 2day were lower than 6% and between 2day were lower than 9%.Conclusions.The content of amino acid in the blood of archery athlete.
