摘要
在五味子种子的贮放期内,给以较低温度和湿润的条件,其内源抑制物质活性呈逐渐下降趋势,尤以8~12℃湿沙层积处理最有利于抑制物质活性降低;室温干燥贮放,内源抑制物质活性降低幅值最小。在纸层析谱上五味子种子内源抑制物质主要分布在Rf值为0.6左右和1.0区段,且随着贮放时间延长,各处理、各区段抑制活性也呈下降趋势。
During the storage period of Schisandra chinensis seeds,the inner inhibitory substances presented a descendant trend in inhibitory activity under the conditions of humidity and low temperature. Storing the seeds in humid sand of 8~℃ was most favourable to the decrease of inhibitory activity. The inhibitory activity reached its minimum when storing the seeds under dry condition of room temperature.On paper chromatogram the inner inhibitory substances in Schisandra chinensis seeds appeared around R_f 0. 6 section and 1. 0 section. With the extention of storage, the inhibitory activity of each section also presented a descendant trend.
