本文介绍了蛋白质的化学改性方法,主要包括酸碱盐作用、氨基的改性、羧基的改性、羟基的改性、酰胺键的改性、接枝改性,以及它们在皮革工业上的应用。
The methods of protein chemical modification are introduced in this paper,including the effects of acids,alkalis and salts,and amino,carboxyl,hydroxyl,amide bond,and grafting modifications and their applications in the leather industry.
