摘要
为应对全球金融危机对我国汽车产业产生的影响,我国200年初出台了《汽车产业调整和振兴规划》,为实现规划的目标,落实规划中的政策措施,出台了一系列的具有操作性的具体政策。对这些政策所产生的效果进行评价,分析其存在的问题,提出相应的完善建议,对我国汽车产业的科学发展具有重要的指导意义。
In order to deal with the whole world financial crisis the influence which produces to our country automobile industry,our country at the beginning of 2009 has released ＂Automobile Industry Adjustment And Promotion Plan＂,appeared to have the operational concrete policy a series.The effect which produces to these policies carries on the appraisal,analyzes its existence the question,proposed that corresponding consummates the suggestion,has the important guiding sense to our country automobile industry＇s scientific progress.
