摘要
污泥厌氧消化时间长,是一个缓慢的过程,其中水解是其主要限速步骤。针对这一问题,利用超声破碎污泥絮体和细胞壁加速污泥水解过程,从而达到促进厌氧消化的目的。研究结果表明:超声处理可显著提高污泥厌氧消化性能,起主导作用的是空化泡破碎产生的水力剪切力。
Anaerobic digestion is a very slow process with a long retention time,since the hydrolysis is the main rate-limiting step.In order to solve this problem,ultrasound was utilized to promote the anaerobic digestion process by disrupting sludge flocs and microbial cell walls.Results showed that ultrasound treatment could obviously improve the anaerobic biodegradability of sludge,and the hydromechanical shear force produced by ultrasonic cavitations was responsible for sludge disintegration.
