摘要
[目的]探讨头颈血管双能量血管造影(DE-CTA)的辐射安全性及临床应用价值.[方法]应用CT减影血管成像(DS-CTA)对60例疑头颈部血管病变者进行扫描,并同时进行DE-CTA的模拟扫描,比较两者的辐射剂量;另选取一组60例疑头颈部血管病变者行DE-CTA扫描,在DS-CTA、DE-CTA两组扫描图像中分别选择四个解剖部位,对比测定其血管内造影剂浓度并统计两组扫描的时间.[结果]头颈血管DE-CTA辐射剂量高于DS-CTA约17.12%,近段血管图像质量等同于DS-CTA,远段血管图像质量逊于DS-CTA,完成扫描时间明显短于DS-CTA.[结论]头颈部血管DE-CTA与DS-CTA扫描各有其长处及缺点,应根据患者的综合情况选择合理的扫描方案,获得最佳图像.
[Objective] To explore the radioactive safety and clinical value of dual energy CT angiography (DE-CTA) of cranial and cervical vessel. [Methods] Sixty patients suspected of cranial and cervix vascular diseases underwent digital subtraction angiography(DS-CTA). Meanwhile, DE-CTA simulating-scan was performed. The radiation doses were compared between DA-CTA and DE-CTA. Another 60 patients suspected of cranial and cervix vascular diseases underwent DE-CTA. Four different anatomic slices were chosen to detect the concentration of intravascular contrast medium and calculate scanning time in all cases. [Results] The radi- ation dose of DECTA was 17.12% which was higher than that of DS-CTA. Image quality was equal in two groups in the proximal segment of vessels, but was different in the distal segment of vessels. Scanning time decreased significantly in DE-CTA group. [Conclusion] Compared with DS-CTA, DE-CTA has both advantages and disadvantages. Radiologists should choose reasonable scanning method according to the complex condition of the patients so as to obtain the best image.
