摘要
以10个水稻系列不育系和6个恢复系配制一套包括16个亲本和60个F1为研究对象,采用苗期室内喷雾接菌和稻瘟病重发区田间自然诱发鉴定相结合的方法,分析供试亲本及其F1的抗性特征.结果表明:除连丰A外的9个不育系及其配制的54个F1,对2003-2006年福建省流行的稻瘟病菌生理小种及2006年上杭茶地田间稻瘟病菌的群体毒力都表现抗病反应,抗性频率100%,抗谱广,抗性评价均为抗(R);同时这9个不育系均含有显性主效抗瘟基因.连丰A的抗性频率为4.8%,抗谱窄,抗性评价为感(S).蜀恢527的抗性频率为76.2%,抗谱较广,中抗(MR);明恢77、晚3、福恢13和福恢5138的抗性频率均为4.8%,明恢86的抗性频率为14.3%,抗谱窄,抗性评价均为感(S).本研究反映了亲本抗性遗传背景,避免育种中同一抗源反复使用以延长品种使用寿命,并提出当前亟需引入新抗源,以丰富水稻抗性遗传基础.
Studying the spectrum of resistance to blast on the male sterile lines and their combinations can provide theoretical bases for the reasonable utilizing of resistance parents and the breeding of new rice varieties with resistance on blast.This paper analyzed the characters of rice blast resistance of 10 series male sterile lines of rice,6 restorer lines and their 60 combinations of F1,by the method of inoculated indoor spraying and natural induction at serious morbidity field in seedlings.The result indicated the 9 sterile lines excepting Lianfeng A,and their 54 combinations of F1,showed very strong resistance to the rice blast strains,which were popular in Fujian Province from 2003 to 2006,and the natural fungus in the field at Shanghang Chadi in 2006.Their resistance frequencies were 100%;they had broad resistance spectrum,and their evaluation was resistance(R).Moreover,the 9 sterile lines contained the main effect dominant blast resistance gene.The sterile line of Lianfeng A had narrow resistance spectrum with resistance frequency of 4.8%,and its evaluation was susceptible(S).The resistance frequency of Shuhui 527 was 76.2%,with broader resistance spectrum;its evaluation was medium resistance(MR).The resistance frequencies of Minghui 77,Wan 3,Fuhui 13,and Fuhui 5138 were 4.8%,Minghui 86 was 14.3%,they had narrow resistance spectrum,and their evaluations were susceptible(S).The research correctly reflected the genetic background of parents′ resistance,which could avoid repeatedly using the same resistant sources in breeding,and prolong working life of new varieties.Moreover,it was important to introduce new resistant sources for strengthening the resistant genetic base on rice.
