脉冲Nd:YAG激光治疗口腔溃疡的临床与动物实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的 为了采用脉冲 Nd : Y A G 激光治疗口腔溃疡。方法 在5 只健康大白鼠口腔内,用甲基紫精( 除草剂) 注射于颊粘膜下制成溃疡动物模型,再模拟临床用脉冲 Nd : Y A G 激光进行治疗。对83 例口腔溃疡进行了对照观察。结果 83 例口腔溃疡性损害,治疗组显效率为48 % ,对照组为16 % ,两者对比有显著性差异。经激光治疗后的溃疡模型提前3 天愈合。结论 本研究为脉冲 Nd : Y A G Objective To investigate the effect of Nd:YAG laser for the treafment of oral ulcer.Methods 83 cases of oral ulcer were treated with pulse YAG laser.Results It was found that the effective rate of the treated group was 48%,and the control group 16%.There was remarkable difference between the two groups (P<0.01).5 big healthy albino rats were made into animal model with ulcers by injecting methyl-rosaniline (weed killer) into the buccal mucosa.And then they were treated with pulse Nd:YAG in the same way as clinical setting.The ulcer model treated by YAG laser healed ahead of 3 days.Conclusion The pulse YAG laser is useful for the treatment of oral ulcer.
