摘要
以Si和SiO为硅化蒸气源,用CVR和CVI工艺对两种基体材料(纯石墨和B4C粒子改性石墨)进行了高温硅化处理,得到了四种复合材料:SiC涂层/石墨(SC/G),梯度SiC涂层/石墨(GSC/G),SiC涂层/B4C改性石墨(SC/BG)和梯度SiC涂层/B4C改性石墨(GSC/BG)。考察了四种复合材料在1200℃的恒温氧化行为。同时也考察了梯度SiC涂层/B4C改性石墨在1300℃及经历了10次(ΔT=1000℃)热冲击后的氧化行为。对复合材料的结构特征与其高温抗氧化的相关性进行了分析。
In this paper, CVR and CVI techniques were employed with Si(vapor) and SiO(g) as generators to siliconize two kinds of substrate materials(graphite and graphite modified by B 4C additives). Four kinds of composites were obtained: SiC coating/graphite, gradient SiC coating/graphite, SiC coating/ graphite modified by B 4C additives and gradient SiC coating /graphite modified by B 4C additives. Their isothermal oxidation behavior at 1 200℃ was investigated. Isothermal oxidation tests were also carried out at 1 300℃ for GSC/BG which has and has not undergone 10 times of thermal shock(Δ T =1 000℃). The relationship between oxidation resistance and structure of the composites were analyzed.
