摘要
目的探讨丹红注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法选择我院慢性充血性心力衰竭患者81例,以上患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组。对照组给予抗心衰常规治疗。观察组在对照组用药基础上给予丹红注射液,1次/d,14d为1个疗程,两组患者共治疗两个疗程。监测两组患者治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白水平。结果两组患者总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后超敏C反应蛋白水平与对照组治疗后相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液能够显著改善慢性心力衰竭患者临床症状,能够有效的降低血浆超敏C反应蛋白水平,临床效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of dan hong injection on C-reactive protein in plasma in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 81 cases with chronic congestive heart failure were selected,and they were divided into two groups,observation group and control group.the routine treatment of anti-heart-failure,on the base of the therapy of control group,dan hong injection was used to observation group once in a day,a course is 14 days,two courses treatment was given to two groups.The level of high sensitivity C-reactive protein was detected before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in observation group compared with that in control group,there was statistical difference（P 0.05） ;The level of high sensitivity C-reactive protein in observation group after treatment compared with that in control group after treatment,there was statistical difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Dan hong injection can improve the clinical symptoms of chronic heart failure,and decrease the level high sensitivity C-reactive protein,the clinical efficacy is significant.
