摘要
为避免非意愿妊娠,围绝经期妇女仍需坚持避孕,直至绝经。就方法学而言,至今没有哪类避孕措施对年龄的增长有所限制。由于40岁以上妇女本身生理状况的变化,会增加避孕方法选择的难度。现就目前最常用的激素类和非激素类的避孕措施,对围绝经期妇女的适用性、可能潜在的危险因素和避孕以外的益处,做一系统阐述,并对停止避孕的时间提出建议。
To avoid unwanted pregnancy,the majority of women at pre-menopause need an effective method of contraception until they have reached their menopause.As to methodology,no contraceptive measure is contraindication by advanced reproductive age alone.As some physiology changes at premenopausal period,including menstrual cycles,it may be some complicated for women over 40 to choose a family planning method suitable for them.This review mainly elaborates the adaptability,risks,and noncontraceptive benifits of the most used contraceptive measures for women at pre-menopause,as well as the suggestion of the time to discontinue contraception for the older women.
