摘要
目的:通过测定哮喘患儿血清中白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平及相关性,探讨其在哮喘免疫学发病机制中的作用。方法:采用ELISA法测定50例哮喘患儿及30例健康儿童血清中IL-17及IL-8水平,并进行相关分析。结果:哮喘组血清中IL-17水平与正常对照组相比明显升高,差异具有显著性(t=2.156,P<0.05);哮喘组血清中IL-8水平与正常对照组相比升高,差异具有显著性(t=2.463,P<0.05);直线相关分析表明,哮喘患儿血清中IL-17与IL-8水平之间无相关性(n=33,r=0.234,P>0.05)。结论:IL-17及IL-8两者均可能参与了哮喘的发病过程。
Objective: To determine serum levels of interluekin-17(IL-17) and interluekin-8(IL-8) in children with asthma and analyze their relationship,and so as to explore the roles of IL-17 and IL-8 in immune pathogenesis of asthma.Methods: Serum levels of IL-17 and IL-8 in 50 asthma children and 30 healthy children were detected respectively with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The correlation of serum IL-17 with IL-8 were analyzed.Results: The serum levels of IL-17 and IL-8 in children with asthma(6.48,7.98 pg/ml,and 23.45,25.73 pg/ml) were higher than those of control group(5.95,5.54 pg/ml,and 22.94,5.41 pg/ml) respectively,and the differences were significant(t=2.156,P﹤0.05,and t=2.463,P﹤0.05).The linear analysis showed that there was no correlation between serum levels of IL-17 and IL-8 in children with asthma(P〉0.05).Conclusions: IL-17 and IL-8 may be involved in the immune pathogenesis of asthma in children.
