摘要
作者论述了加速师资队伍建设，提高教学质量的途径：加强思想教育；全面实施住院医师规范化培训；抓继续再教育，提高临床业务、科研能力；加强教师队伍建设；引入竞争机制，加快人才培养。
In this article, through different respects author discussed that the ways of accelerate
teachers team construction and improve the quality of clinical education.Education on the sense of
responsibility; enhancing standardized cultivation of young physicians; implementing continuing
training, facilitate passing on experience; improving building teachers team; introduction of
competition, fostering qualified talents.
