摘要
GC及ETP处理证实,蜡梅内源乙烯匮乏,且对外源乙烯不敏感,是非乙烯跃变及乙烯不敏感切花.衰老期间IAA及ABA显著增加,是主要促衰因子.iPA呈单峰曲线,绽开期最高.SOD及MDA的动态表明了与衰老过程的规律性反相关.经鉴定,具邻二酚羟基的黄酮醇———槲皮素为蜡梅花瓣主要色素之一,并测定了其动态.
GC determination and ETP vase test showed that wintersweet flower lacks ethylene production,and insensitive to ethylene.So the flower must be non climatecric ethylene type and insensitive ethylene type.The contents of IAA and ABA increased obviously during senescence,and both of them are main factors of accelerating senescence.The dynamics curve of iPA was a type of single peak;and the content of iPA was the highest in opening stage.There were opposite correlation between SOD activities and MDA contents.Quercetin,a flavonol with o dihydroxy benzene was determined as one of major pigment of ‘Concolor’ wintersweet petal.The dynamics of the pigment during development and senescence of the flower was analyzed.According to senescence type,the stimulating roles of endogenous hormones on senescence processes of cut wintersweet flower were discussed.
