摘要
构建和谐教育需要打造一支高素质的教师队伍,而对于体育教师的评价,其根本着眼点在于实现人的全面发展。评价不仅需要达到教育结构的优化,更需要实现体育教师个体素质的提高。研究结果表明,目前普通高校体育教师评价价值取向出现了严重的偏差,而存在的问题均与评价的价值立场、价值态度以及基本价值倾向有着密切的联系,表现为评价的主要观念、评价理念的严重滞后,评价标准、评价内容的不合理。
It needs a high quality teachers rank for insturcting the harmonious education.How to appraise the PE teacher,it not only needs education stucture optimization,but needs the teachers character improvement.This research shows a serious deviation in common college and universities for PE teachers appraisal.The present questions are closely related with appraisal value stand.Value attitude and basic value inclination.That also shows unreasonable of appraisal main ideal,appraisal thought,standard and appraisal contents.
