摘要
目的探讨关节镜辅助下微创治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效,并与传统切开复位内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效进行比较。方法我院2008年1月至2010年1月收治胫骨平台骨折64例,随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,观察组采用关节镜辅助下微创治疗,对照组采用传统切开复位内固定治疗,观察比较2组的临床疗效。结果观察组有效率为93.75%,对照组有效率为71.88%,2组患者有效率比较,经统计学分析,差异有显著性（χ2=5.326,P〈0.05）。2组术后的并发症主要有感染、患肢肿胀、疼痛等,观察组并发症的发生率经统计学分析,与对照比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,明显低于对照组并发症的发生：关节镜辅助下微创治疗胫骨平台骨折优于传统切开复位内固定术,损伤较传统切开手术小,手术时间短,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective Arthroscopy-assisted minimally invasive treatment of fractures of tibial plateau effect,and with traditional open reduction and internal fixation of tibial plateau fractures were compared.Methods In our hospital in January 2008-2010 1 tibial plateau fractures were treated in 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group 32 cases,observation group were treated with arthroscopy-assisted minimally invasive treatment,the control group using the traditional open reduction and internal fixation observed and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results Observed effective rate was 93.75%,control group was 71.88%,the efficiency of two groups of patients were compared by statistical analysis,the difference was significant （χ2=5.326,P0.05）.Postoperative complications of primary infection,limb swelling,pain,the incidence of complications of the observation group were statistically analyzed,and the control,the difference was significant（P0.05）,significantly lower than the control group complications incidence.Observation group healing time,hospitalization time was significantly less than the control group,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Arthroscopy-assisted minimally invasive treatment of fractures of the tibial plateau than the traditional open reduction and internal fixation,damage than the traditional small-incision,shorter operative time,is worthy of promotion and application.
